a hand-sculpted version of my Happy Easter egg ice sculpture design at a venue WAY out in the Florida panhandle

the Happy Easter egg ice sculpture design
This post is kind of short on details since I rushed it when I first added it. I was just trying to get more Easter designs on the site and I like this one. Basically, below is how it will look. You can add bubble details like in the photo below if you have the bit. I get my bubble bits at Ice Crafters, usually. Alternatively, you can get them straight from the Brices. But be aware that you may need an adapter or special die grinder shaft to use specialty bits. Also, I may have another source pretty soon.
the Happy Easter egg design reversed
Why is this here? This is the design I use with my CNC machine. And then I round the front side so it’s more egg-like, but also so that the engraving is distorted and appears to go almost edge to edge.
You’d probably engrave this on a 4″ thick slab or maybe slightly thicker. When it’s done, you’d freeze it to a flat base piece (probably 20″x10″x4″), so that it’s nice and stable during Easter brunch.
but wait, there's more!
