this script letter N ice sculpture design requires 3 welds, but it does a nice job of getting outside the block shape
my script letter N ice sculpture design
I kinda suspect my script letter N ice sculpture design was never in a post on the old site. But I guess it is now on the new one! π¬
I had a special design section on the old site that had a few additional designs that never appeared in the blog. I think this was one of them. It’s a bit tough to totally confirm, since I’m trying to make sure that something isn’t there. It could be, maybe I’m just looking in the wrong place!?
be careful when cutting out the small pieces to be attached. No base piece is shown.
yay, 360 degrees!
In reality, this is a pretty dumb sculpture to put in a 360Λ viewer. I mean, it’s a flat letter Where’s the sculptural complexity? Nowhere. However, this is one of just 3 sculptures (I think) that I have the right photosets to do this with. I’d like to have more later, but right now, this is what we’ve got.
I like these viewers, but they require a lot of photos to work, 30 or more. At one point, I had a website where ALL of the photos were going to be 360Λ or lead to viewers, but I got bored and stopped working on it. Spinning the images is oddly satisfying though.
But just spin the pic and you can see all the angles. It works on mobile and you can see a stork on the site homepage too!
Btw, for some reason the 360Λ viewers don’t work perfectly in the blog posts. Trying to fix that!
how would it work on a CNC machine?
Totally CNC ready; it’s a flat design and if I need to make it again, it’ll be on my CNC.
