Ok, I’m making progress restoring this set of galleries. Basically, these are galleries of ice sculptures from some pretty spectacular ice sculptors. I’ve got 2 newer galleries (1 brand new, actually) and 6 galleries kinda from the old site (but they might have new pics!)

By the way, for a little bit, the galleries might seem to heavily emphasize male, U.S. based ice sculptors. Honestly, it’s easier for me to get quality ice sculpture pics from ice sculptors that I know (mostly in the U.S.) and there are more male ice sculptors than female ones. However, I will make a concerted effort to broaden the galleries to reflect excellence in ice sculpting around the world, whoever they are and wherever they come from.

I’ve seen a lot of amazing ice art in my career and I’m frequently surprised that I’m largely unaware of some amazing ice sculptors, for whatever reason. But when I find out about someone, I hope I can share their ice art in these galleries and on the site. Eventually, I hope this page will have at least 20 or so galleries. (or more? 😳) Right now, the only order they’re really in is how they best fit on a grid. Anyway, I’m plugging away at it, so check back later if this doesn’t meet your lofty expectations 😜

By the way, if you think you deserve to be on this page along with the other awesome ice sculptors that I’ve assembled, then get in touch! If we’re facebook friends, that might make it easy, since you probably have already posted some pics I can use in your gallery. I’m not saying that I’ll put just anyone here; I’m picky 😜 And it will require some work on your part: I’ll need high quality pics and info!

Finally, I’m resisting the urge to put a gallery of my own stuff here just to act as filler. I’ll do that later when there are at least several more awesome sculptor galleries added! Let’s say a minimum of 15 galleries before I succumb. And at least for now, the galleries are in no specific order. I MIGHT have newer galleries at the beginning, but they’re also grouped according to the thumbnail pic size. Just so that it doesn’t look too crappy 💩
