Nantong's amazing Sendi Snow Park!
During my third trip to China, I was a judge for the Shenhu 6th International Ice Sculpture Masters Championships. The competition was set in a remarkable snow and ice park in Nantong, China, which is near Shanghai. I’m posting the completed competition sculptures in another gallery (not quite yet, but soon!), but I had to include a separate gallery for the snow park itself, because it really is/was amazing!
You’re probably looking at this on your tiny phone, so it’s REALLY hard to get a sense of how large this place is! I didn’t even post pics the snowboarding hill. Maybe if I get a chance to snowboard… But I should have more pics later, since as I write this, I haven’t left yet!
